September started with two fabrics that I loved that said ?early fall? to me. I added some ribbon that I?ve wanted to use for years and never had a reason to, and thought about ?beginning of school, the approach of the end of the year, falling leaves and things going to seed? and pulled out all the beads I might want to use. The old watch acquired wings, the ribbon waved in the wind and the seed heads burst and scattered. I wanted a border to contain this one but there is one leaf trying to escape.
