The face is primarily of ?Kafe Faccet? cotton fabric, machine sewn and quilted with more vintage orange nail-head beads, seed beads, and some fabulous Czech iris gold scarabs, plus glass ladybugs in three different sizes, hence the name. The piece started with the chard fabric and the orange nail-heads.
